Pharvaris N.V. is a Dutch-incorporated drug developer with corporate headquarters in Zug, Switzerland. Its main programme, deucrictibant, is being developed for hereditary angioedema, a rare condition that causes swelling attacks. The aim is an oral treatment that patients could use to treat attacks or help prevent them.

The drug is designed to block the bradykinin B2 receptor. Bradykinin is a signal involved in swelling; blocking its receptor is intended to interrupt that process. Pharvaris is developing different formulations for different uses. The programme remains in clinical development, so there is no approved deucrictibant product to buy.
