Sidetrade’s bookings jump before most of the revenue arrives
Nine-month new recurring subscriptions more than doubled, but an acquisition drove much of Q3 revenue growth and new contracts will build into sales gradually.
Sidetrade sells software and AI agents that help businesses collect invoices and manage the order-to-cash process. In the first nine months of 2026, it signed €7.76m of new annual recurring revenue, up 157% from a year earlier. The third quarter contributed €2.60m, compared with €0.58m in the same period of 2025.
Those bookings are commitments rather than revenue already reported. New third-quarter subscription contracts had an average initial term of 56.2 months, and total contract value reached €10.4m. Sidetrade expects the contribution from these contracts to build from 2027 as customers complete deployment and revenue is recognised over the contract term.
Third-quarter revenue rose 22% to €18.4m, with subscription revenue up 24% to €16.4m. However, the recently acquired ezyCollect business contributed €2.5m. Excluding that acquisition, organic revenue growth was 6%. The headline growth therefore combines a stronger underlying business with the effect of adding another company.
Sidetrade says its newer AI products generated 30% of new recurring revenue signed in the quarter. It also said every new customer chose its Aimie IQ interface and Agent Builder Studio. Those orders provide evidence of demand, but bookings and long contracts still need to turn into reported sales. The annual revenue release on 26 January 2027 should show how quickly that conversion is progressing.
